Brenda & family, We’re so sorry to hear of Johnnie’s passing. He was so special to our family. Each time we went to SCE&E, he bought snacks for the boys so he could sit down to cut up with them. When my Daddy was in the hospital, he always went by his room so they could talk tractors & farming. He will always be in our hearts & so will you & your family.

Dear Brenda and family, I wish to offer my condolences for your loss. I have many fond memories of Johnnie from my childhood when he would visit our house to work with my Dad, George. Later, I have fond memories of him as he worked at the hospital. He was so caring and could always be counted on to help however he could and to offer kind words and a few jokes or funny stories to brighten the day. I pray for you all in this time of grief. I met Johnny 1973 when I went to work with Carolina Pipe line I quit after 3 months he was fun to work with and was a good friend ever since He will be missed by a lot of friends I am going out of town and won't be able to make visitation or funeral but will be thinking about ya'll

Mrs Burris,Johnnie ,Wendy and grandchildren. Charlie and I thought a lot of John.John met Charlie at union carbide plant and they had to chat a while each time they saw one another. He was known to be a good hardworking man. I met John at the hospital where I worked. He was always so helpful and was always on the way to fix something. He told me about the buckeye trees that are usually around the lake.and I started looking and found one in my own yard. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time and we pray the Lord will give you comfort.
