Obituary of Jose Antonio Delgado Rivera

LUGOFF – A funeral service for Jose Antonio Delgado Rivera, 50, will be held Saturday at 5:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 3-5 p.m. at the funeral home.

    Jose passed away July 20, 2019. Born in Puerto Rico, he was a son of Lilliam Rivera and the late Ignacio Delgado. Jose enjoyed working and loved spending time with his grandchildren.

    Surviving are his children, Carmen Delgado, Solimar Delgado, Zulena Delgado, Dalie Delgado; companion of 15 years, Ruth Pizarro; siblings, Mary L. Perez, Albert Oquendo, Awilda Delgado; and 17 grandchildren.
