COLUMBIA – A memorial service for Jerry Watts, 62, will be held on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. at Blaney Baptist Church, Elgin. Mr. Watts passed away on Friday, January 10, 2020. Born in Chilton, Wisc., he was the son of the late Ezell Mood and Katie Lee Shelton Watts. He retired from the City of Columbia 28 years of service. He enjoyed fishing. Surviving are his siblings, Mattie W. Rawls, Gary Frank Watts, Ernest Rufus Watts, Maxine Watts Campbell, and Trease Baker. Memorials may be made to Blaney Baptist Church.
