ELGIN – Deborah Louise Rodgerson, 67, passed away January 30, 2020. Born in Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late John J. Hiller and Margarette P. Albertson Hiller. Mrs. Rodgerson served her entire life as both a military dependent and military spouse. She enjoyed reading, cross-stitch and spending time with family. Surviving are her husband of 48 years, Johnnie W. Rodgerson, Jr.; son, Johnnie W. Rodgerson III (Layla) of Columbia; daughter, Jennifer Ann Williams (Lee) of Lugoff; grandchildren, Herbert “Lee” Williams IV, Jenna Ruby Mackenzie Williams; and siblings, Nancy Wilson, Donnie Hiller, and Diane Massey. She was predeceased by a brother, Ronnie Hiller. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Community of Hope Food Bank, Elgin.
