LUGOFF – Funeral service for Catherine Y. “Cathy” Outten, 57, will be held on Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Ms. Outten passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2020. Born in Camden, she was the daughter of the late George Willie McGee and Sandra Outten Duren. She enjoyed reading and working cross word puzzles. Surviving are her children, Marissa Belton, Sheneice Belton Green (Justin), Toshiba Belton (Chris Jones), Tamasia Bolden (Ivan), and Freddie Belton (Tierra); brothers, Gerald McGee, Reggie Outten, Winfield Outten and Mark Greene; companion, Herbert White; sisters, Blanche Starling, Andrea Duren and Sue Brown; and 9 grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers, Timothy Outten and Gregory Outten; and sister, Elizabeth McGee.
