CAMDEN – A graveside service in Ebenezer AME Zion Church Cemetery for Verline Lewis Jones, 77, will be private. Mrs. Jones passed away May 20, 2020. Born in Camden, she was a daughter of the late Leroy and Jessie Brown Lewis. Mrs. Jones was a member of Ebenezer AME Zion Church. She enjoyed spending time with her siblings and family. Surviving are her husband of 54 years, Theodore Jones; daughter, Lisa J. Mills (Bertram) of Camden; son, Lamont Jones (Caroline) of Blythewood; grandchildren, Gabriele Mills and Kyle Mills; and siblings, Cynthia Pearson, Betty McClure (Herbert), Magnolia Nelson, and Richard Lewis. She was predeceased by siblings, Walter Lewis and Danetta Belton.
