COLUMBIA – Service for Gloria Marie Kettlewood Segear, 72, will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pets, Inc. Mrs. Segear died Friday, November 15, 2013. Born in Chester, Pa., she was the daughter of the late William Sepcie and Addie Mae Nichols Kettlewood. She was a member of Riverland Hills Baptist Church. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, and crafts. Surviving are her children, Arthur Franklin Segear Jr. (Sonya) of Columbia, Bruce Allen Segear (Laura) of Claymont, Del., Sharon Segear-Launius (Dan) of Little Rock, Ark., and Julie Segear of Wilmington, Del.; brothers, Ross Kettlewood (Mary Lou) of Claymont, Del. And Bruce Kettlewood of Claymont, Del.; sisters, Claire Braxton (Bobby) of Wayne, Pa. and Rose Neil of Newark, Del.; 14 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and special friends, Eleanor Rozmarynoski, and Karen and Norman Donovan. She was predeceased by brother, Gary Kettlewood; and sister, Carol Sutton.
