BETHUNE – A graveside service for Tamma Hough Drakeford, 53, will be held Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in Bethel Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. A viewing will take place Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Mrs. Drakeford passed away Thursday, July 30, 2020. Born in Bethune, she is the daughter of Jimmy Hough and Virginia Corbett Wright. Mrs. Drakeford attended Bethel Hill Baptist Church. She enjoyed fishing. Surviving are her husband of 35 years, Harrison J. Drakeford, Sr.; son, Harrison “Jerome” Drakeford, Jr. of Bethune; father, Jimmy Hough; mother, Virginia Wright (Charles); grandchildren, Christopher Scott, Grayce Drakeford, Roman Drakeford; and siblings, Deborah Williams, Kay Hough and numerous other siblings. She was predeceased by several siblings.
