Dear Burt and Family, I was shocked and saddened to learn of Harold's passing. Harold was one of my favorite postal friends! We talked every day that I was on the mail route and he was outside...from 2006 to 2017. Harold loved his mail carriers...Janice, me, and Jane Jr. (Gena)! We exchanged Christmas presents, celebrated his birthday (balloons, crackers and diet coke), shared our love of dogs...and he shared his garden! I didn't get to see him as much after I retired to care for my mom, but I made sure I got there every Christmas and October 1st. I am sad that I didn't get to say goodbye, but I am happy he has a new body and is with his mother, again. He loved her dearly. I loved him. We all did! My deepest sympathy to each of you.
