LUGOFF – A gathering to celebrate the life of Dianne Brazell, 62, will be held at a later date. Mrs. Brazell passed away on Friday, October 16, 2020. Born on October 23, 1957, in Columbia, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Peter Risco Osborne and Betty Jane Atkinson Osborne. She dearly loved all her nieces and nephews, and enjoyed taking pictures, music, art and fishing. Surviving are her sisters, Betty Davis (James), Mary Ann Sturkie (Warren), and Janey Keith. She was predeceased by her husband, William Stephen Brazell.
