BETHUNE – Funeral service for Frank Williams, 79, will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. Mr. Williams, husband of the late Barbara Jean Woodall Williams, passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at Providence Health. Born in Camden, he was the son of the late Benjamin Franklin and Lehana Kelley Williams. He enjoyed fishing. Surviving are his children, Francine Woodall (Nolia), Troy Woodall, Terry Wade Sowell (Amara) and Jimmy Bracey (Felicia); step-children, Arnold Edwards and Terrance Woodall; siblings, Jessie Williams, Janice Lee, Virgie Clark (Kenneth), George Williams and Stanley Williams; 13 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchild. He was predeceased by siblings, Joyce Williams, Evelyn Williams, Henry Williams and Elijah Williams.
