Obituary of Anthony Joseph Talamini, Jr.

ELGIN – Services for Anthony Joseph Talamini, Jr., 79, will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

    Mr. Talamini, husband of the late Mary Ellen Talamini, passed away Friday, November 20, 2020. Born in Somerville, N.J., he was a son of the late Anthony Joseph Talamini, Sr. and Elizabeth Kent Talamini. Mr. Talamini was a social member of the VFW Post 1079, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gambling.

    Surviving are his children, Anthony “Tony” Talamini III, Joseph “Joe” Talamini (Mary), Denise M. Willever (Bruce), Tonua Karns (Keith), Kim Fosko, Kevin Talamini (Jayna); 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, 2 brothers and a sister.
