Obituary of Willie Mae Hooks

COLUMBIA – A graveside service for Willie Mae Hooks, 92, will be held Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. in Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery. The Rev. Lee Porter will officiate.

    Mrs. Hooks passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020. Born in Blaney, she was a daughter of the late Edmond and Sadie Hornsby. Mrs. Hooks was a member of Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church. She enjoyed cooking and shopping.

    Surviving are her Husband of 65 years, Wiley Thomas “Tommy” Hooks; and a daughter, Karen Armstead (Ron) of Elgin.
