Obituary of Hubert R. Davis

CASSATT      – A graveside service for Hubert R. Davis, 81, will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The Rev. Ralph Rawls and the Rev. Chris Brissey will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Corner Stone Church of God of Prophecy.

    Mr. Davis passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2020. Born in White Oak, N.C., he was a son of the late Alfred R. and Lula Bellamy Davis. Mr. Davis was a member of The Corner Stone Church of God of Prophecy. He enjoyed golfing, farming, running heavy equipment, and spending time with family and friends at the Ponderosa.

    Surviving are his son, Michael Gregg Davis (Debbie) of Camden; siblings, Nathan Davis (Faye), Phil Davis, Evelyn Harris; 4 grandchildren; and extended family, Linda Dixon, Alyson, Mandy and their 3 children. He was predeceased by a daughter, Sandra E. Davis; and siblings, Ledius Matthews, Azalene Davis and Tony Davis.
