Obituary of Dwaine A. Rogers

LUGOFF – Service for Dwaine Alexander Rogers, 61, will be private.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Theil-Meyers Pet Adoption Center.

    Mr. Rogers passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2021.  Born in Camden, he was the son of the late Lockee and Dorothy Strickland Rogers.  He worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield in the IT department and was a member of New Life Christian Outreach.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his motorcycle, and playing the guitar.

    Surviving are his wife, Wanda Rogers; daughters, Courtney Whitehead (Ethan) of Lugoff and Caitlyn Singleton (Ian) of Fort Knox, Ky.; brothers, Randy Rogers (Lisa) of Camden and Howard Rogers (Lynn) of Lugoff; sister, Candy Castelow of Lexington; and grandchildren, Caylee Marie Whitehead and River Grace Whitehead.  He was predeceased by a daughter, Olivia Rogers.
