Obituary of Daniel Dwayne Taylor

HEATH SPRINGS – A celebration of life service for Daniel Dwayne Taylor, 57, will be held Saturday, January 16, 2021 a 3:00 p.m. at Rowan Presbyterian Church. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2-3 p.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. The family will receive visitors at the home of Kayla Taylor on Friday, January 15, 2021 at 2641 Norfolk Road, Lancaster, S.C. 29720.

    Mr. Taylor passed away Monday, January 4, 2021. Born in Milwaukee, WI, he was a son of the late Chester Dwayne and Carol Ann Korn Taylor. Mr. Taylor served in the U.S. Air Force during Desert Storm. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church, Lancaster, S.C. and a former member of Rowan Presbyterian Church. He loved the Gamecocks, music and the Lord.

    Surviving are his wife Cherie Darlene Stewart Taylor; daughter, Kayla Danielle Taylor of Lancaster; sister, Traci Taylor Boyles (Aaron); granddaughter, Kinsley Carolina Grace Cole; and 11 nieces and nephews.
