LUGOFF – Graveside service for John David “Johnny” O’Cain, 52, will be held Sunday at 1:00 p.m. in Hardshell Cemetery. The Rev. Joe Stines will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday 5-7 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Mr. O’Cain died Thursday, December 19, 2013. Born in Buffalo, N.Y., he was the son of Bill O’Cain and the late Delores Jackson Powers. Surviving are his daughters, Bridget R. Hayes (Adrian) of Camden, Erica D. Cunningham (Trey) of Camden and Kayla A. O’Cain of Lugoff; step-father, Jessie Powers of Lugoff; and grandchildren, Tanner Brown, Ensley Stropes, Ayden Meares, McKinley Meares, Kaylan Meares and Elin Cunningham.
