Mr. Martin was a wonderful person in every way. He never had a problem that he couldn’t resolved. I met Mr.Martin at Lower Richland High. He was the one person that will get the Job done and I know he can’t be replace for the amount of work he done. Sleep on Bill take your rest we love you but God loves you best.
