Obituary of Frances Brown Vincent

ELGIN – Frances “Fran” Brown Vincent, 51, went home to be with Jesus on April 6, 2021. She was born in Camden to H. Harold Brown and Kathy Moak Brown on July 3, 1969.   

    Fran was a member of Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church. She enjoyed camping at Ocean Lakes Campground with family, eating at Captain D’s, laughing and making others laugh, and spoiling her Chihuahua, Moo-Moo.

    In addition to her parents of Elgin, Fran is survived by her children, Jared Brown and Nikki Brown; grandchildren, Hayden Brown and Chelsea Brown; and her sisters, Anita Brown Griggs and Heather Brown Jones.

    Due to the pandemic, there will not be a visitation. A graveside service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery for family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Community Medical Clinic of Kershaw County at PO Box 217 Camden, SC 29021 or online at www.cncofkc.org.
