Obituary of Teresa Davis-Payne

Teresa Davis-Payne, 59, of Cassatt, passed away on Monday, April 26, 2021. Born in Camden on April 7, 1962, she was the daughter of the late William Alvin and Evelyn Morris Hall and the wife of Randolph G. Payne. Teresa was a member of House of Prayer With Open Arms Church in Kershaw, SC. She loved her church, family and animals dearly. She will be missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing her.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Cynthia Morgan (Don) and B.J. Davis (Heather); her siblings, Ricky Hall (Jenny) and Carol Hunter; and grandchildren, Daniel Morgan, Nathan Morgan, Kylie Morgan, Brian Davis, and Ellie Davis, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Jimmy Davis; sister, Sandra Hall; and brother-in-law, Mike Hunter.

The family will receive friends from 5-7pm on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Powers Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Friday, April 30, 2021 at Powers Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Donnie Barrett. Burial will follow in Beaverdam Baptist Church Cemetery, Cassatt.
