LUGOFF- Elizabeth Anne Snyder-Powell, 70, passed away Tuesday, June 1, 2021. Born in Auburn, N.Y., she was a daughter of the late George A. Snyder and Mary C. Lennon Snyder. Elizabeth worked at the Lee County Library and backstage with the Bishopville Theater Group. She enjoyed Reading

    Surviving are her children, William Nellis, IV and Mary Nellis; sister, Mary Snyder (Jane Feisthamel); and a brother, James Snyder (Dorene). She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Powell.
