Obituary of Juanita Jane Benson

RIDGEWAY- Graveside services for Ms. Benson will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Cedar Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-6pm on Friday, August 13, 2021 at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff.

Juanita Jane Benson, 67, of Ridgeway, passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2021. Born in Camden, she was the daughter of the late Morrow Bradford and Mae Bell Benson. Juanita enjoyed cooking, doing crossword puzzles, word searches, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her siblings, Mary Alexander (Rev. Larry), Beverly Anderson (Paul), Deloris Royster (Robert), Michael Benson (Daphne), James Benson, and Morrow Benson (Andrienne); her extended sisters and brothers, Sandra Benson and Dorothy Wade (Earl); as well as a host of nieces and nephews.  

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Linda B. Wood; and extended siblings, Benny Benson, Charles Benson, and Henry Benson.
