Antonio has been my trainer for about 6 years but most importantly we became friends. His drive to push you to be the best you through his structured workouts and never allowing you to give up on your goals. Showing up to every workout even when you didn’t want to and motivating you by his words of ‘let’s get it!’ . He was kind and always willing to help anyone. His infectious laugh would sound through a room! Antonio dreams and aspirations of making his brand a franchise will forever be in our hearts! I will miss you my friend! Rest In Peace! Try not to work the Angels out to hard! My sincere condolences to his children, his grandson and his entire family. Antonio will be truly missed Margaret Ford
