Obituary of Barbara Keenan Price

LUGOFF – Funeral service for Barbara “Bobbie” Keenan Price, 77, will be private.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Parkinson’s Disease Association – Hope In Progress.

      Mrs. Price, wife of the late Carol Sinclair Price, passed away at home on Thursday, December 2, 2021.  Born in Camden, she was the daughter of the late George and Juanita Rabon Keenan.  She taught preschool for Rowan Presbyterian Preschool for over 20 years and was a teacher for Camden Christian School for 9 years.  Before retiring, she worked for Sentinel Health Partners.

    She enjoyed the mountains and traveling.  She was a member of New Life Christian Outreach Church where she played the organ for many years.

    Surviving are her children, James Barfield (Christi) of Winterhaven, Fla., Cynthia Langley (Hal) of Camden, and Brian Price (Katina) of Lugoff; sister, Georgia Lack (Michael) of Cleveland, S.C.; 7 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
