Obituary of Raimondo Parmisani

ELGIN – Funeral service for Raimondo Parmisani, 76, will be held on Friday at 1:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff with burial to follow in Quaker Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

    Mr. Parmisani passed away at home on Sunday, January 16, 2022.   Born in Milan, Italy, he was the son of the late Giovanni Perria and Rosa Pattocchio Palmisano.  He enjoyed working on home projects and boating with family.

    Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Antonia Rapone Parmisani; sons, Massimo Parmisani (Dawn) of Lugoff and Robert Parmisani of Elgin; siblings, Bruno, Rossana, Anna and Victorio Palmisano; and a grandson, Massimo Anthony Parmisani.
