Obituary of Alzoria Bracey

REMBERT – Funeral service for Alzoria Bracey, 61, will be held on Sunday at  2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff, with burial to follow in Sandhill Cemetery, Rembert. 

    Ms. Bracey passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022, at Lexington Medical Center.  Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Leroy and Carrie Lee Sumter Bracey.  She worked for DeRoyal in Camden and was a member of Union Baptist Church.  She enjoyed crocheting, singing dancing and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.

    Surviving is her children, Rhaashan Bracey (Rashika) of Camden, Leroy Bracey of Goose Creek and Fatice Pollard of Columbia; brothers, Billy Bracey and Elijah Bracey; sister, Sabrina Myers; 9 grandchildren; and good friend Blease Jacobs. She was predeceased by a brother, Bobby Bracey.
