Obituary of Harold Kershner
CAMDEN – It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold B. Kershner, who passed away peacefully at home on January 30, 2022, at the age of 95. He was born on April 15, 1926, in White Sulfur Springs, West Virginia.
He served in the Army Air Force during World War II. Harold worked as a Maintenance Mechanic at DuPont in Florence prior to his retirement. He was predeceased by his brothers, John Kershner, Robert Kershner, and Wallace Kershner. He is survived by his wife, Ruby Owens Kershner; sister, Janice King; sons, Jerry W. Kershner, Partick H. Kershner, Mark F. Kershner; daughters, Trudy K. Watson, Gena W. Kersner; step-daughters, Darlyn Owens and Donna Owens; grandchildren, Chasen Kershner, Braeden Kershner, Gena Kershner, Patrick Kershner, Lee Kershner, Paul Foster Watson, Joshua Kershner, Harriet Watson, and Hunter Kershner.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at 11am in Florence Memorial Gardens, Florence, S.C.
