ELGIN – Services for Joyce Lee Roach-Buckelew, 84, will be private. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Easley. Mrs. Buckelew, wife of the late Billy C. Buckelew, died Wednesday, March 5, 2014. Born in Pickens, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Luther and Christine Riggins. Surviving are her sons, Randy Roach (Rickie) of Columbia, and Patrick Roach (Wanda) of Lexington; 3 sisters; and 6 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her first husband, James M. Roach; daughters, Elaine Roach and Brenda Norris; and a son, Roger Roach.
