Obituary of Adonis Troy Moses

LUGOFF - A funeral service for Adonis “Doni” Troy Moses, 15, will be held Sunday, August 14, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the Lugoff-Elgin High School auditorium with burial to follow in Cedar Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12pm-4pm at Powers Funeral Home.

    Doni passed away on August 8, 2022. Born in Columbia, he was the son of Clesha Moses and Alicia Peebles Stewart. Doni was a member of Greater Faith & Joy Tabernacle, and loved playing video games, singing karaoke, and was a professional hugger. He was student at Lugoff-Elgin High School and was loved by all.

    Surviving in addition to his parents are siblings, Alirah Moses, Auryah Moses, and Anylah Moses of the home; grandmothers, Mechelle Warren, and Mary Peebles; grandfathers, McHoward Jones and Barry Clark. He was predeceased by his grandfather, Clarence Hunter.
