Obituary of Betty McGuire Brewer

Betty McGuire Brewer, 63, of Camden, SC, passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2023. Born in Sumter, SC, she was the daughter of the late Jessie James and Frances Jewel Brooks. Betty was a member of Camden First Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed crafting and reading. Betty was a very supportive mother who was always proud of her daughter. Above all, she loved the Lord and was very strong in her faith.

Betty is survived by her daughter, Jessica Pinto; and siblings, William McGuire and Cathy Brown.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Stanley Pigott.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 4:00pm on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service.
