Obituary of Adam Ryan Thomas

Adam Ryan Thomas, 38, of Camden, passed away at his home on Tuesday, December 5, 2023. Born in Riverside, CA, he was the son of the late Scott Thomas and Martha Liebold Buckholz. Adam was an avid outdoorsman who loved camping, hunting, fishing, and boating. He also enjoyed being with his friends riding side-by-sides and sitting around a bonfire. Adam especially loved spending time with his daughter, his step-father, and his beloved Boykin Spaniel, Beau.

He is survived by his daughter, Leighton Rose Thomas; step-father, Bucky Buckholz (Debra); his half-sister, Amber Thomas-Magee (Chase); aunts, Connie Bauman (Greg) and Betsye White (Tom); his close friends, Travis Eubanks, Josh Blythe, Lee Elmore, Cody Byrd, Brandon Weaver, and Eric Broughton; as well as numerous other friends and family.  

The family would also like to extend a special thanks to the Thompson Family.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00pm on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. The family will receive friends prior to the service, beginning at 2:00pm.
