Obituary of Stephen Ryan Campbell

LUGOFF-A funeral service for Stephen Ryan Campbell, 45, will be held Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Hardshell Cemetery. The Rev. Dr. Charles Everett will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1-2 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

    Stephen passed away on December 24, 2023. Born in Camden, he was a son of Penny Branham Buchaluk and the late Steven B. Campbell. Stephen enjoyed fishing, hunting, working and go-kart racing.

    Surviving are his son, Josh Campbell of Lugoff; mother, Penny Buchaluk (John) of Lugoff; step-father, Murle Jones; siblings, Kyle Jones (Mandy) of Camden, Ashley Jones (Garrett) of Charleston; and a grandson, Kohen Levi Campbell. He was predeceased by a son, Stephen Campbell, Jr.
