Mrs Novice was so sweet. She took time to talk to people nicely and with lots of patience. Whenseveral of came us fro mIndia in 1999, she would inquire and take time to understand the diverse cultures around the world. She was blissful and never seem to rush in her work. Always a beautiful smile and great charismatic usher at the Alpine Tower Main Entrance. We love you.

Novice will be missed, such a wonderful lady, but the best part, she was a wonderful friend! I to work for BCBS and she was always the best at greeting all who worked within our company walls or whom ever came to visit. RIP, now go fly high with the angels.
