CAMDEN – Funeral Mass for Patricia Alwynne Tilmont, 87, will be celebrated on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual help Catholic Church. Father Paul Brenninkmeijer will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service in St. Mary’s hall. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to KershawHealth Hospice or Our lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Mrs. Tilmont died Monday, July 7, 2014. Born in Ft. Smith, Ark., she was the daughter of the late Chester and Alwynne Werley Washabaugh. She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. She was an outstanding seamstress, cook and enjoyed theatre and performing arts. Surviving are her husband of 65 years, Joseph Ralph Tilmont; daughters, Kathleen Anne Winter (Joseph) of Wilmington, Del., Patricia Dianne Creedon (John Czerwinski) of Wilmington, Del., and Suzanne Cecilia Wayman of Lawrence, Kan.; 10 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, John Michael Tilmont; and brothers, Chester Washabaugh and Stephen Washabaugh. The family extends a special thanks to the staff of KershawHealth and KershawHealth Hospice for their loving care.
