ELGIN – Graveside service for Dorothy Elizabeth McKay, 84, will be held on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. in Smyrna United Methodist Church Cemetery, Ridgeway. The Rev. Dr. Dan Griffin will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Smyrna United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund. Mrs. McKay passed away on Monday, July 21, 2014. Born in Eastover, she was the daughter of the late Robert Orville and Marie Hinson Addison. She was a member of McLeod’s Chapel in Eastover and attended Harmony Baptist Church in Elgin. Surviving are her sons, Michael McKay of Elgin and Stephen McKay of Elgin; and sister, Lily Mae Elders of Eastover.
