Saddened, my bridge friend, Donna Hunter left us yesterday. She joined our Columbia Bridge Club some 5-6 years ago and was an immediate help to our club in so many ways . Donna worked very hard taking lessons and playing frequently to improve her game. She even won a trip to the Nationals in Toronto this summer but her failing health and hospitalizations prevented her from going. She often brought delicious home made cakes and cookies for us to enjoy. Being a retired legal secretary she was asked to serve as Board Secretary always going the extra mile. I respected her immensely and will miss her smiling face and kind heart. ❤️
