Obituary of Randall "Randy" Veronee

LUGOFF- A celebration of life service for Randall Copeland “Randy” Veronee, 63, will be held Saturday, September 7 at 3:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2-3 p.m. at the funeral home.

    Mr. Veronee passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2024. Born in Columbia, he was a son of Ruth Rathbone Veronee and the late Jack Sheldon Veronee. Mr. Veronee enjoyed hunting, fishing, and going to garage and estate sales.

    Surviving are his wife, Barbara Peake Jackson Veronee; sons, Joshua Veronee (Alexandra) of Blythewood, Jacob Veronee of Elgin, Jeremiah Veronee of Charlotte, N.C.; step-children, Tina Harmon (Jamie Fowler) of Ridgeway, Sherrie Jackson of Lugoff, Cody Jackson of Lugoff; sister, Shelley Veronee of Lugoff; and grandchildren, Oliver Veronee, Jack Veronee, Madison Lyons, Bradley Schulte, James Schulte, Elizabeth Schulte, Dakota Jackson, Dallas Jackson, Katie Lynn, Lee Lee Jackson; and nephews, Cory Chavis, Shay Chavis and Joey Rankin. He was predeceased by a brother, Ronnie “Pooch” Veronee.
