Obituary of Donald Francis Ervin

ELGIN – Funeral service for Donald Francis Ervin, 86, will be held on Monday, October 14, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Fort Jackson National Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 9am – 10am at the funeral home. Mr. Ervin passed away on Friday, October 4, 2024.  Born in Wilkinsburg, PA, he was the son of the late Hoye Ervin and Doris Lawson Ervin Poole.

Surviving is his wife, Martha Louise Cook Ervin; children, Donald Mark Ervin, Tammy L. Bott (Daniel) and Tina Marie Parr (Scott); grandson, Joshua Andrew Ervin; sisters, Shirley Snyder and Sherry Doss; brother, Gary Ervin.
