Obituary of Jefferson Lynn Blaylock

Jefferson Lynn Blaylock, age 67, went to be with his Savior and Lord Sunday,October 6, 2024. A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at Harvest Baptist Church, 281 Wildwood Lane, Lugoff, S.C. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Lynn was born on August 4, 1957 in Los Lunas, New Mexico to Jefferson F. and Joy H. Blaylock.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jefferson F. Blaylock; sister, Kay ; brother, Hulon Blaylock.

Lynn is survived by his wife of 24 years, Mary Lynn Blaylock; seven children and eighteen grandchildren; his mother; and two sisters.

He was a loving husband, father, papa and will be missed greatly by all who knew him. He was a faithful member of Harvest Baptist Church, choir member, and he loved to play his guitar and sing for his Lord. He was known by all who attended as one who made them feel welcome and loved.
