SUMMERFIELD, FL – A memorial service for Ruby Ophelia Williams, 53, will be held on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. at First Church of the Nazarene, Camden. The Rev. David Snodgrass will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service in the fellowship hall. Ms. Williams died Saturday, August 16, 2014. Born in Rock Hill, she was the daughter of Margaret Alice Hines Williams and the late Jesse Demeroy Williams. She enjoyed crocheting singing and playing the piano. Surviving are her mother, Margaret Williams of Camden; daughter, Amanda Renee Cockfield (Jason) of Camden; sisters, Teresa Williams of Lugoff and Sandra Williams Arledge of Camden; brother, Roy E. Williams Sr. of Sapulpa, Okla.; grandchildren, Alexis Cockfield, Jason Cockfield Jr., and Curtis James Cockfield; special friend, joseph Lamping of Summerfield, Fla.; and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Lenard Ray Williams.
