LUGOFF – Funeral service for Patricia Ann Garren, 66, will be held on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Emmanuel Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Jimmy Atkerson will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral home. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society Relay for Life, 647 Lachicotte Road, Lugoff, SC 29078. Mrs. Garren passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2015. Born in Kershaw County, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Wesley Kenneth and Theo Bullock McCaskill. She enjoyed gardening and sewing. Surviving are her daughters, Sylvia McNeely (Tim) of Cassatt and Ann Marie Horton (Gregory) of Cassatt; son, Chris Garren of Lugoff; sister, Mildred McCaskill of Camden; brother, Clennie McCaskill (Evelyn) of Cassatt; 8 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by sisters, Mae Tiller and Lucille Hopkins; and brother, W.K. McCaskill.
