ELGIN – Funeral service for Elizabeth Ann Cook, 72, will be held on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff, with burial to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Columbia. The family will receive friends Saturday 1:00-2:30 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Cook, wife of the late Richard Cook, died Wednesday, April 15, 2015. Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late David Levi Dinkins and Lillie Sue Kinsey Kent. She enjoyed garden and spending time with her family. Surviving are her children, John Charles Cook (Glenda), Lenora Cook, Tammie Rickard (Rick), and David H. Cook (Tracey); 10 sisters and brothers; 10 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
