CAMDEN – A service to celebrate the life of Michael James Lyles, 52, will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. The Rev. Timothy B. Shirley will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00-1:00 p.m. prior to the service. Memorials may be made to Lake Shore Church of God, 1201 Lakeshore Drive, Camden, S.C. 29020. Mr. Lyles died on Tuesday, April 28, 2015. Born in Camden, he was the son of Jessie Geneva Ray Lyles and the late Joe Franklin Lyles. Surviving are his children, Michael Ryan Lyles (Brittney), Cody McWhorter, Brooke Lyles and Austin Lyles; mother, Geneva Lyles; sisters, Lois A. Lyles and Lisa Branham (Robbie); brother, David Franklin Lyles (Tammie); and grandchildren, Michael Bryce Lyles and Braxton Lyles.
