LUGOFF – A celebration of life service for Allen Leroy Conrad, 57, will be held Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. The Rev. Larry Wilson will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 5-6 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Walter M. Crowe Animal Shelter. Mr. Conrad passed away Friday, May 8, 2015. Born in Fort Polk, LA, he was a son of the late Jimmy Conrad and Inge Darnell Conrad. Mr. Conrad enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his grandchildren. Surviving are his daughters, Taylor Conrad and Dana Conrad; brother, James Conrad (Robin); sister, Deborah Sullivan (Guy); and 7 grandchildren.
