CAMDEN – Funeral service for Edna Lorine Parrish, 93, will be held on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Raleigh, N.C. on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. Mrs. Parrish, wife of the late Percy Parrish, died Saturday, May, 30, 2015. Born in Centerville, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Bennie Lorin Easler and Lucille Lee Hughes Easler. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, traveling, singing and most of all spending time with family. Surviving are her children, Kenneth Jackson (Jill), Andrew Jackson (Kaye), Benji Jackson (Brenda), and Russell Jackson (Peggy); daughters-in-law, Betty, Cathi, and Elaine; sisters, Betty Branham, Ada Webber and Sarah Fernsten (Daniel), 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 2 great great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her first husband who was killed in WWII, Henry Yates Jackson; second husband, Leroy O. Jackson; sons, Gerald “Jerry” Jackson and Bruce Yates Jackson; daughter, Janet Carwell; grandson, Christopher Jackson; sister, Millie Ellenburg; and brother, Jack Easler.
