BISHOPVILLE- A celebration of life service for Gay Dawn Harris, 56, will be held Friday at 6:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. The Rev. Mark Hopkins and the Rev. Derrick Proctor will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 5-6 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lee County Animal Shelter. Mrs. Harris passed away Monday, July 20, 2015. Born in High Point, N.C., she was a daughter of Judy Crowson Floyd and the late Maxie E. Webster. Mrs. Harris was a member of Hermitage Baptist Church, Camden, S.C. She enjoyed watching NASCAR, flying kites, traveling, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren. Surviving are her husband of 19 years, Richard Harris; son, Jason Rabon (Melissa) of Lugoff; grandchildren, Wyatt and Mckenzie Rabon; brothers, Chris Webster (Tera) and Shane Webster; and sisters, Beth Basham (Doug) and Cindy Carnes (Dewayne).
