RIDGEWAY – Funeral service for Christopher Eugene Kelly, 43, will be held on Thursday at 5:00 p.m. at El-Bethel Faith Community Church. The Rev. Joe Stines will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. Mr. Kelly passed away on Sunday evening, August 2, 2015. Born in Winnsboro, he was the son of Annette Goodwin Kelly and the late Palmer Kelly. He was the former owner of Smokehouse Restaurant in Elgin and currently worked with his brother in construction. He was a member of EL-Bethel Faith Community Church and the Masonic Lodge in Ridgeway. Surviving are his wife Kimberly Dawn Moak Kelly; mother, Annette Kelly of Ridgeway; children, Christopher Bryce Kelly, Shelby Kelly Rogers (James), Haley Brooke Kelly, and Morgan Taylor Kelly; sisters, Kathy Peake (Terry) and Linda Steele (Randy); brother, Mark Kelly (Angie); grandson, Cody Rogers; mother-in-law, Debbie Moak; and brother-in-law, Tony Moak (Kristin). He was predeceased by his father-in-law, Anthony Moak.
