ELGIN – Service for Debra Ann Jackson, 62, will be private. Mrs. Jackson passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2015 at home. Born in Waynesville, Missouri, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Shirley Ann Wilkerson Weber. Surviving are her husband, George Edward Jackson, Sr.; daughter, Charish Ann Douglas; son, George Edward Jackson, Jr.; sisters, Robin and Janet; brother, Michael; 5 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
