Obituary of Mitchell Isler
ELGIN –Brad Isler, 63, passed away at home on Sunday, March 6, 2016. Born in Bainbridge, Ga., he was the son of the late Bill Nix and Edna Mitchell Nix. He was an SFC in 75th Ranger Regiment in The U.S. Army and served two tours in Vietnam. He also served as a Drill Sergeant at Fort Jackson. To follow he was service manager/master mechanic for 26 years at Forklift Inc.

A memorial service for Brad will be held on Monday, March 14, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. at Wildwood Worship Center, 313 Thrush Lane, Lugoff. The Rev. Gene Brown will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service at WWC. Burial to follow at 3:00 p.m. in Fort Jackson National Cemetery.
Surviving are his wife, Angela Thompson Isler; daughter, Jessica Presher; son Mitch Isler; sister, Mary Pattullo; brother, Terry Isler; and 5 grandchildren. He was predeceased by a daughter, Jennifer Mavrikiotis; and brother, Matt Nix.
