LUGOFF - Funeral Service for Julia Branham, 82, will be held Sunday at 3:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Smyrna United Methodist Church Cemetery. Rev. Barbee Parsons will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6-7 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Mrs. Branham, wife of the late Grover H. Branham, died Thursday, July 03, 2008. Born in Washington D.C., she was a daughter of the late Louis M. Murphy and Lucy Langley Murphy. She is survived by her children, William G. “Bill” (Denise) Branham of Prosperity and Patricia A. (Bobby) Johnson of Lugoff; brother, Lewis S. (Alberta) Murphy of Auburn, Maine; sister, Theresa (Warren) Adams of Dunkirk, Md.; grandchildren, Craig (Carol) Johnson, Scott Johnson, Sharon (Jeff) Hatfield, Troy Branham, Julie Branham, and Marcell (Larry) Judice; and 6 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Linda Branham.
